Arrival and departure
You are welcome to arrive any time after 2 PM.If you are arriving after 10 PM please advise us in advance.
Could you please vacate the
property by 10 AM on your day of departure.If this is a problem please
advise us,we will do our best to help. |

Payment and Cancellations
A none refundable deposit of
30% of the holiday cost is required on booking,with the balance due 28
days prior to arrival date.Non - payment of the balance by this
date will be taken as cancellation by the client.If you need to cancell
your booking please inform us in writing by E mail or Fax at the
numbers below.We will be unable to refund your deposit but you are
welcome to use it to book an alternative date (within 6 months of the original booking date)subject to
availability.Payments can be made electronically by credit and debit
cards using our secure online booking system.Payments made this way are
operated by Pay-Pal and governed by their stringent privacy and
security policy.(available to view at their Website:www.paypal.com ) Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer or cheque.Please request payment details for these types of payment.
In the event that we need to
cancel your booking for whatever reason we will refund
your payments in full,but no additional compensation would be due. |

Guests
You must stick to the limit specified as to the number of people occupying the property . |

Children
Children are very welcome and we
prorovide areas for them to enjoy in safety.Parents must supervise
their children at all times in the pool areas and ensure they observe
all safety rules displayed on site.

Breakages.
We understand that accidents can
happen and we wont charge for any breakages that occour during everyday
normal use.Please let us know about any breakages so we can replace
them in time for the next guests arrival. |

Cleaning.
Please try and keep the place tidy
but dont worry too much about housework as thorough cleaning at the end
of your stay is included in the price you pay. |

Complaints.
Please let us know if there is
anything you are not happy with so we can try to put it right straight
away.In the event of any complaint we will endevour to attend to you
within 24 hours of its receipt and hopefully resolve the situation to
your satisfaction.
